You don't just submit the ID and be done with it. The whole process is actually kind of a pain because they're pretty thorough. There's also the fact that this dude specifically isn't going to be finding a new person to supply a fake ID every few weeks and isn't going to risk having his account shut down completely if he's caught doing anything shady (and I wouldn't put it past OnlyFans to press legal charges for fraud also.
