It's been confirmed that they are not underage photos; she was at least 20 when they were taken (there are tattoos in the photos that she didn't get until after her 20th birthday.) This was confirmed pretty easily by checking Instagram. Sometimes people falsely claim that photos are UA in hopes that people will get scared and not spread them, but it's kinda hard to do when you have tattoos and a big social media presence. Obviously you shouldn't share them anyway because it's revenge porn regardless, but it's not UA.
She was probably just saying that to prevent stuff from getting spread around. I'm pretty there's enough stuff on all her different social media to figure out approximate dates when different tattoos and stuff were added.
That said, it still doesn't matter since we're not posting those pictures here again - so let's just drop this whole converstaion.
Understood, but why is one allowed and the other not? Fake nudes are just as damaging as revenge porn would be. I mean, fair game if they post their own nudes online but creating them out of nothing and spreading them online should also be forbidden.
Context mostly. In the context of this forum specifically, if you're sharing them in a thread that's specifically made for fakes then it's obvious it's something fake that did not happen in real life. If people link back to the threads here it'll be obvious for anyone looking that it's not real. Anything posted here is just for fun. If somebody is making fakes and posting them here to spread them around to harass somebody (and it has happened) we can (and have) taken steps to stop it.
Anyway, this isn't an appropriate place to bother everybody subscribed to the thread with notifications. Feel free to find or create a discussion thread or DM or something if there's any other questions.
