My IP address has been banned?

I got on today after being away for a few days and I just keep getting a message “You’re IP address has been banned”
What did I do? I don’t even post or comment to do anything. I have to use a VPN now. Any help?

same thing here, only on mobile. I had to disable javascript on my phone because the pop-ups got to be too much and I couldn't close them. love this site, didn't do anything and hope it's a mistake!
