Am currently trying to get through Blasphemous, but the damage scaling is awful. Also getting the Doom 2016 again, as well as finishing Skyrim (never did), and Enter The Gungeon.
I'm glad there is a video games thread here. I tried kicking one off at TB but it got no traction at all . Valheim is a great game, my buddies and I had a blast playing through it and we're looking to pick it up again whenever they release Mistlands content.
I would say my favorite video game would be Bloodborne. It took everything that I loved out of the previous three Dark Souls games and made it into one game. If there was a PC version, I would probably be playing it non-stop.
Right now I'm annoyed that 343 never released Halo 5 on PC. I've played it before and I own it on Xbox, but I want to do another run through before playing Halo Infinite so I can remember what was going on with the story. Unfortunately the DVD drive on my xbox is borked and won't load games anymore.
well can't u just switch it over to PC Play? i thought it Microsoft made it Possible via Xbox cross play that u can simply games u bought on Xbox play on Pc also if the Game itself supports it
I don't believe so. I think it only works for titles that are "play anywhere compatible" and also my Halo 5 is a physical disc copy. Eventually I'll probably just take it apart and see if I can fix the DVD drive or just buy a digital copy. It's not that expensive. Mostly it's just that my computer desk is a lot more comfortable than my xbox chair.
HALO 5 is the only HALO title not on PC, and while dumb, I can see kinda why. But I hope it comes to Series S/X and PC through a DLC for The Master Chief Collection.
It's definitely my least favorite of the series, but still - sucks for people who never had an xbox that they can play every single other game but can't get the story from 5
That's kind of odd. Halo 5 ended on a cliffhanger. I'll get Infinite eventually. I've just been making more of an effort to play through the games I already bought and never played and waiting for a good sale. It's hard to justify $60 for just the campaign.
Don't know if you still intend on doing a playthrough of Halo 5, but I recently discovered this YouTube channel as I was watching a story recap for the Resident Evil series. I thought their video was really good, and noticed they had one for Halo:
Would recommend checking it out (I will eventually) if you don't have the time to play through all the previous Halo games.
