they go in thru the armpit or belly button flap now. The days of mangled MiaK nipples are over unless youre not paying for the upgrade

It depends on your original body shape and how much bigger you're going. Even if you insert the implants through a less conspicuous place, you can't really help if the implants put the nipples in an undesirable location.

I mean the scar is still practically new; it will get better (if that's what's bothering you), but it's a shame she did it at all.

Eh. I don't think the scarring is especially bad. They're going to be a lot darker until the scars fade, which can take over a year. As for the size and location, I don't think there are a whole lot of options when you start of thin and flat and go so much bigger. The skin has to stretch and larger implants give you fewer options for size and location of incisions. I still think the whole operation is silly, but I also think it's silly to be comparing the results when stuff isn't even close to being healed up yet.
