You can open a ticket using the contact us link at the bottom of the page. What was the name of the account you were asking about?
it was squishy123, says I got banned for "spam", which confuses me cause i like never post anything

Could just be that someone else in your IP block was posting spam or abusive material. Generally if an account isn't contributing to the forum the mods can take a "better safe than sorry" approach to other accounts that get flagged with it.

After looking it up, it could also be that you had three accounts here. squishy123, squishy1234 and another.
