Edit and Delete

It's the first time this happened to me. Long story short, there's a moderator that actively refuses to do a direct request to remove a couple of comments (with no reactions and not part of any interaction with someother user) of mine that i want to be deleted. This request was refused twice and had some undignifying replies for a moderator of this forum, imo.
So, direct questions to the moderators of this forum:
1- Does calling the user "petty" or "get to the VIP level" is the proper way to answer a request? Is in this way that moderators reply to the fellow users?
2- What's the proper procedure that the large majority of users, that aren't part of the VIP level, should do to remove/edit their content, without having to deal with this sort of thing, totally unnecessary btw. In other foruns, you just need to press Report and type "Delete this" and it's donne.
I appreciate to all of those that took the time to read this and i hope to read specially the reply of Rage Knight and of course all the other moderators that want to give their opinion, with respect.

You were attacking other members and posting obsessive and unhinged rants. If you want to complain a bit, that's one thing, but it was paragraph after paragraph under several different posts. There's no reason to rant here about how a model prices things. They're never going to read it and nobody here has the power to change it.
We should have the ability to edit our own posts. Some of the image/video links in older posts are dead and could be updated etc.
Note: I'm aware you can edit a post within a certain amount of time (5 minutes?)

I agree, though it's unlikely to happen any time soon for regular users. If you get to VIP, you'll be able to edit your posts. In the meantime, I recommend that you report the post and ask that the link be updated in your post. (Include the new link too).

As far as my own reactions go - again, it's not that deep. If I liked someone else's post it's because there was something I liked about. Maybe I was also curious about the answer, or maybe I tried to find it myself and someone else beat me to it, or maybe I just liked it. I dunno. I follow like 350 threads on here on top of looking at reports and approvals and everything else. I'm not spending a lot of time weighing which posts deserve likes and which don't.
But yeah, I stand by my earlier statements about not deleting harmless posts just because. It doesn't matter if it doesn't have any reactions. It could still be useful to another person, or save another person effort if they decide to answer a question that was already answered once. It's entirely possible the original asker hadn't seen the answer yet. Most people aren't on here every day and a lot of people have notifications disabled.
