I got her profile picture through inspecting element it wont work with mouse but it still works with command try doing ctrl + shift + c

since you're subbed you should be seeing the link of the photos, you can then open it in a new tab and you should be able to download it.

Should probably try and use a Chrome extension like download all images or something
