I don't think it was re-upped. I think someone just hit the bump button which changes the timestamp.

The bump button is only there so that this website can get people clicking more often. That way they can try and get more ad dollars. It sucks, I know.

what sucks as well is that its right next to the next page button on mobile so sometimes you accidentally tap it. Should be out of the way.
