the "survey" is a trading page, with no conection to the former page, so it has no way of knowing if you filled it or not. so sadly it doesn't work.
I thought it was regional but if it doesn't work for anyone it sucks. I tried it a few times and each time it showed something totally different so that's why I said I won't put any time in it anymore
