Is it a boob job tho? cause so far only her Mona set looks different, I feel like she only used those rubber boobs on top for the set. Maybe editing on the shadows even.

No she talked about it. She got fat implemented into her boobs. Her other sets were taken before it that's why. Her Mona is the first released set with her new boobs.
