Probably the WWE connection. She basically would be unknown if not for her sister, so her stripping down completely would probably put Nattie in a bad position with her employer. If Nattie ever gets released, we might see something out of either or both of them.

If Paige can keep her job after her tapes released. I highly doubt the sister of a performer showing boobs would be a problem. Hell, there are woman that took their tops off on WWE and they kept their jobs

Except there's a difference between having personal things leak WITHOUT your consent and posing nude and publishing them WITH consent.

several girls posed for playboy while working for wwe. The Kat, Jacqueline and Sable have all purposely showed their tits on wwe TV.
