Probably because before she left, she had already shown everything, and she got her boobs done since then, so that is something new that she can milk the reveal. Or, and I hope not, she has some bad scars around her nip, but it would be surprising because I dont think she had the kind of procedure that required cutting the nipple.

I agree with this. I think she's just going to milk the reveal for as long as possible to try and keep people interested because of FOMO. She's pretty obviously had some work done, but it wasn't anything super extreme and I'm sure she didn't go cheap. Everything probably looks fine, but she knows people will keep paying attention for a little longer if there's something new.
