What you might see as beautiful couldve looked insanly ugly for her, which probably was the reason for the operation. Its the same as to why some girls get bigger tits or get lipfiller. Its because of ruined beauty standards that get headfucked into us each and every day. If you get told from your friends and girls that you are too chubby and you need to be fit and have a 6 pick all day every day you start to think about going to the gym, getting all that. Not because you want to but because your surrounding makes you think that. Same applies here. Obviously this could just not be true at all but you get the idea.
