Oh really? I guess you're talking about TB. I didn't know that as they usually deleted chitter chatter from all the threads over there and just left the content up. I'm guessing it's been swept under the rug enough by now that she doesn't want her marriage exposed again? Pretty silly mistake to then film with him though. I mean of course people will look into it and want to know who it is when it's obviously a dude especially with "all" the action he got lol.

Even if she ends up doing a porn with her husband. The people paying for this will continue to pay. It'll similar to that Czech pornstar who went by Lucie Wilde. Who's husband at the time was the dude in 99% of the BG activities. Until maybe the last film where he quietly ran away with all the money.

She wouldn't be the one taking down TB. She's getting double income via Twitch and OF. Why expose herself to the court system where details have to be put on record just for a measly few thousand when she makes way way more. Her "I am stopping OF" might be just a whole ploy to get people to spend a ton of money before the Rug shift. And the shift would be the Fansly.

Court? I mean, I'm no expert on these things but I doubt something like this would instantly go to court. We're not talking Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard here lol. These forums don't really have any legal ground to stand on, so a single "go offline or we sue you" type of letter from her lawyers and they're done for I imagine. I mean, who in their right mind would ever fight that? If they did, then someone as big and successful as Amouranth could easily make a case and claim that they stole and leaked content worth 6 figures or something aka your life would be ruined, so of course they instantly give in and shut down everything.

It can go instantly to court. They pick the right small town and they can get a judge order pretty easily. Mind you they have to air all their public information out in the open. Along with who they are litigating against has to also based in the US. How sites got taken down were the sites used US based DNS and services. Cloudflare will comply to DCMA even if their clients don't Eg just shut down the load balancing services. This way different from Servers being seized. They just shutdown a doorway. So if they used all 100% non-US systems then they would still be around. Like this place at the moment looks like it uses DDOS-Guard. Which are Non-US based services.

But again she is probably not the one wasting time to shutdown.
