It's the exact same as the old expansions, right? Sane graphics, same raids, same gameplay, nothing different?

It started that way but they are now starting to make small quality of life improvments. For instance right now until the launch of Wrath of the Litch King you earn 50% increased xp.

Yeah, they aren't Cyberpunk that's for sure. But I do get a rock solid 200 fps with my RTX 3080 ti. 
I'm more in it for the gameplay. The Burning Crusade/Wrath of the Litch King raids were peak WoW imho.
