pretty sure they went through the nipple for a more natural look, so it looks. Or maybe through the arm pit but not under the boob. Would explain why we don't see the scars. Prob went the nipple method though.

They went from under the breast not through the nipple. in post #52, the 22nd pic with her arm raised clearly shows the underboob scar.

They definitely cut around the areola, but they must have done that to move them. That's often done to keep the nips from pointing down after the implants are in.
