Easiest way is to use a browser extension like the other guy mentioned. If you don't want to add a browser extension you can press F12 to open the console menu and then select the picture and it will give you the source URL, which you can Save As or open in a new tab.
If you have to use a phone I've heard people say you can download source images with the Aloha browser, but I never tried.

You can probably also just right click, inspect source code, search for JPG extension and open source in new tab to save.
