I have software that downloads all the content from whoever I'm subscribed to, been doing it for 3 years and none of my 4 accounts have been banned, limited or even warned so it's bullshit.
If you want I can get the content for you instead of you trying to screen record all the videos.

Your account does not get flagged for recording your screen when using any of those sites. Even though all of the content creators say that it does, that is a bluff, and they are saying it, so you don't record and redistribute their content.
I've been screen recording on Onlyfans, Fansly, and Manyvids for a while now and I have yet to seen any repercussions.
I believe the only way you can actually get in trouble is to re-upload their content after recording it. If you just record it and not upload it, there is no way for them to know that you did anything in the first place.
