She almost certainly had a boob job done during one of her breaks and since then she's been hiding them. Probably just engagement baiting, but who knows.

Probably waiting for the scars to heal. Hopefully shes not like a similar girl who copied her playbook who got atrocious fake ones.

Just knowing how she's acted in the past it's almost certainly just marketing. She's already done pretty much everything. She's crossed all the boundaries. By covering up now she's holding that carrot on a stick to keep people coming back for more.
