Just knowing how she's acted in the past it's almost certainly just marketing. She's already done pretty much everything. She's crossed all the boundaries. By covering up now she's holding that carrot on a stick to keep people coming back for more.

Actually it looks like any scars healed. From her fridge set you can see a lot and where scars usually are they are absent
