Do they still do implants through the armpit or navel? Seems like that would be a better route for her size.
But hiding the nipples til now and the blurring is very weird if there wasn't scaring. I can't imagine it would be anything like general swelling, discoloration or "settling".

It looks like she got them through the armpit, it's less obvious that way, unless she got the traditional way.

Thats def aroung the nipple you can see the whiter circle that she was trying to photoshop out in some of those
