Leak sites have had to hide Sneaky threads behind "Frequently posting member" walls because his people are in the threads gathering names and very likely threatening legal action, as sites have removed Sneaky threads plenty of times.
Even if they did accept the feedback from leak site patrons, they'd still ban them from getting Sneaky sets anyway if they had the same info. Not sure why you'd use the same username or email address that you also use on a leak site though, but apparently it actually happens.
Should be obvious, though; someone from a leak site asks for a set that hasn't been leaked on that site yet. Ban.
