IDM is your friend, its payware though unless your willing to pirate.
Right click enabler also works most times.

If you use Firefox you can just Shift + Right click and download. Obviously not ideal to bulk save a whole page but for just a couple pictures/video it works.

It's just WideVine, it's already been bypassed for weeks now lol.

DIGITALCRIMINALS uploaded code to bypass the DRM on his scraper repo but abandoned the project to start over and make one that isn't a huge mess. I believe OF-Scraper also has DRM bypass.
