I will try to explain it but, Rage Knight sure can explain much better then me. I'm just a random user.
Read the rules first, check the Link.
In "Search" (at the top right of the page, next to your profile name), write the name of the model.
-If she have a thread already, enter her thread, check if the content you have it's posted already or not.
-If you didn't found her thread, you can create a thread of her in the "Requests".
How to make a post:
After you are in the correct thread, at the bottom of the page there will be your profile image in front of an empty post with all the tools you need to create a post. The most simple post it's uploading images.
-Click on "Upload image", it will open a new (small) window. Choose the best option for your case. I use "Search in my pc" and select the photos you want to post. Click "send", wait for all the images be uploaded.
-Click on "Post reply" option to create your post.

You need a minimum reaction score to add a profile picture. It's low, like 20 or so, but to prevent spam and abuse we don't allow new users to add profile pictures.
