women photoshop the stomach to make it look flatter along with the sides to make the curves look more dramatic. in reality it's basically impossible to have big tits and NOT have residual fat around the hips and stomach, which isn't even a bad thing is just biology.

Yeah but didn't she also have an ostomy pouch a few years ago? I had my colon removed a few months back and my stomach is flat and weird looking, kind of like hers. I mean it's 14 feet long so that's a lot of empty space.
