It's so wild that they charge a premium price for a monthly subscription and then be like "oops lol too busy, keep paying us $100 a month for no reason. if you don't like it we'll block you." Do you at least get a refund if you're blocked?

Don't know, didn't read the TOS, but I'm sure the loophole would be "he was a jerk, so we blocked him" and that would justify no refund
