You'll probably need to use a VPN then. Some hosts are blocked in some countries.

I gotta pay for VPN Subscription, first. I don't have money for that. Any alternatives?

There are free proxies and VPNs. I can't vouch for their speed or quality, but I'm sure it's fine for downloading the odd file. You can always ask if someone can re-up it to a different host, but that's up to the uploader or anybody else willing to help. I generally like bunkr links because they're fast and last basically forever. Unfortunately with our broad userbase and their different habits and countries of origin there is no good single answer for hosting.
