Yeah, basically you have a big dataset you generate images from. There's a ton out there and from those you can generate let's say a woman in a specific scene and if it's a celeb you can probably put the name in and get something closer to the person, but a Lora is trained specifically on images from 1 person and will help make it look a lot more like that 1 person.
