Sorry, had a lot of work to take care of. Apparently my CDM service is down. Currently following steps in resulting link.

Been letting it run while I grade papers. Unfortunately, now its not returning any videos or images, just two .part files

Did another pass and it's still saying the same CDM message. It also only seems to be scanning new messages (the command prompt interface says I should add "--after 2000 --dupe" to the prompt, but I'm not sure how to do that when i'm selecting from a menu
