Serious though. Has she said why she went for a reduction? Looks like 2 sizes down at least.

You usually only hear about reductions if they're not symmetrical or they're so heavy they're hurting your posture.

She just thought she would look better with smaller breasts. I agree. Bigger isn't always better imo.
