Did you not see her before and after?... The doctor did a pretty good job from where he started from. This is hardly near the territory of "butchered".
She literally had a bit of extra skin instead of breasts. The doctor not only did great with what he was able to but also kept her tattoos from getting distorted. Give them time and they'll settle better too.
