She doesn't, tessafowler.com is run by PinupFiles and they're recycling her content for years, the photos are cropped screencaps of a video, and this video is a "repost"/different angle from the video they posted in 2020.

There's a whole thread on this in another forum with a thread dedicated on pure discussion on her whereabouts / possibilities. It's quite humorous.
