The thread doesn't make a whole lot of sense if you're not familiar with how it works. It's basically a modification of the cyberdrop downloader, and there are plenty of guides on how to install and use that floating around.
Basic instructions are downloading Python to your computer, and then downloading the cyberdrop downloader zip file. The zip file should have a folder in it with different files to execute the code depending on which operating system you're using. You just add the URLs for the galleries you want in a text file, run the file to start the program, and then it fetches those galleries and downloads them.
