True but it's a double edged sword. You leave the negativity and it makes your product not look good to new subs. But if you remove the negativity, it makes you look not so good to the current and loyal subs who feel their completely valid criticisms have fallen on deaf ears and been removed and ignored in order to try and look like nothing bad had happened. I can see both sides, but I do wish she could've owned up. She always praises the fans for encouraging her to do stuff and give her all the love. But the second they have valid criticism that goes the opposite way, she gets all pouty and butthurt. If you take all the good, you gotta take the bad in consideration as well imo. Specially since alot of that criticism was perfectly valid and constructive.
