You generally can't embed videos like I do with images on my posts, if that's what you mean.

I tried posting them as .gifs too but the file size was too big so I gave up

i upload them to imgur then i come back here to the post box and i click on the 3 dots aka 'more options' and the i chose 'media'. then i post my imgur link in there and it should work for you
