Also self image is a weird thing. There are a lot of very attractive people who do things because they either don't find themselves attractive or they believe other people don't find a part of them attractive. It's not always grounded in reality.
It was quite obvious for those who know what to look for, also, if she was pregnant that would've been all over the internet because there are some crazy guys out there that love to leak everything about the life of a particular someone, and there are people on this forum that know her personally, i can assure you the internet would've known already if she had a baby.
