I dunno...even if this weren't Scamouranth I'd have a hard time believing that this was real due to the constant looks straight at the camera. As it IS Scamouranth, I don't believe it for a second.
Considering she doesn't want her bare tits and face in the same frame at the same time, I'd call real. She probably thought she ended stream and was using the camera like a mirror is my guess
