Iceyfile does not pay uploaders for traffic, I cannot see that anywhere on their page.

I have been using them for few months and have encountered no removals.

it looks like there's an iceyfile.com and an iceyfile.net and they're different things. Also looking around it looks like files can be set as premium links that pay per view or pay per download.
Either way, as long as it's a truly free host it should be fine here. Anything that requires a premium account or pays the uploader isn't allowed.

I don't see anything related to pay uploader however I would like that.

It's free if you want more than 100.00 GB space or store files indefinitely then premium is required.
