I have seen many DMCA's come into the site in various forms. But, if it's done correctly through a submitted ticket and fully filled out, the Admin here honors it.
Renaming with numbers and symbols doesn't work well as sooner or later her content gets tagged, either here or one of the search engine Bots finds it.
As for other countries, it all comes down to the web server host that they use. Plus ease of access, cost to put the site there etc... Why move a website at higher costs for one or two thots? This site had a huge attack in 2022 due to an attack on the site and was relocated, it's worked well since then. And it's still free to access!
