hfcrtctr really helped me do a video rip last year, but I think it depends on what you're using to view onlyfans. For pictures on desktop, a "enable right click" extension works fine for me.

if it's just pictures, you can right click and inspect the page when you're in your OF messages (reload the page while in your messages to be sure that everything is being shown), sort by 'img' and then just scroll through and you'll see them in there. Open each image to a new tab to ensure you have the highest resolution and then save the images one by one. It's the easiest way without having to set up anything
Yup. Probably going regret it, but fuck it let's see.
I might also boomer it and have to ask y'all how to grab images (if it's not just right click + copy url + paste URL to yt-dlp).
