Yeah, screenshots of a previously posted video don't warrant creating a new post. Dropping a couple screenshots in the comments, especially if you're trying to point out something specific, is generally fine. Adding screenshots to a post when you're posting the video for the first time is fine. It's just not a new post all on its own.
