That's actually a good habit for women with breast implants. I don't know the science behind this but the women that get implants and never massage their breasts are the ones that get the complications with their implants + it's more difficult for the surgeon to remove them if needed.

It is kind of odd, plus it looks like she has wounds of some type on her stomach and bruises elsewhere, but I've always found her odd in general. I don't think she even knows who she really is or what her truth is anymore.
