A shame it's one of those silicone chest pieces. Around 0:45 you can see the bottom edge buckle and push against the body suit. She is wearing that cropped hoodie to hide the top of it.

I mean that's fine if she makes it clear on her post. But I've never looked at it and I doubt most people here have. There wasn't context included with the post here on the forum so I don't know what else to say.
