I've seen others on other forums also suggesting the same, I know it's not 100% but these generic messages that she's playing off as 'unique flirting interactions with her' , she would have to send these to A LOT of men and keep track of it all, then send out all the photos to them..Meg is a lazy girl, makes sense she'd get some form of help to do the work.

If i'm right these messages are also blind photos in that you don't know what you're getting but you have to pay first, and you have tip to even send a message ..for which you receive her generic response. It smacks of agency work and baiting guys just to message her when in fact it isn't her.
