Because true supporters support the creator. Your concept of “I’ve seen their tits, I am done” is IMO a shitty perspective. Why would they show it if it’s one and done?

I feel like the goal is to inspire them to create more? Why do people go see a band over and over again? Because they are true fans.

Content creators are no different.
