JDownloader will get them all for you if theres no zip uploaded

JDownloader is terrible, plus the bloatware that comes with it even when declining it still installs it lol

I have JD2 and it doesn't install anything extra

Yeah for me when downloading from their site it would download AVG, One browser, Ccleaner even though i said skip these it still did lol
