The problem is that it varies so much state-by-state and country-by-country that you can't easily put one description on it. In some states, the way the law is worded, it would be a crime to disseminate leaked OnlyFans content. This is part of the reason these laws have been so controversial.

this is part of the issue. Intend, origin, copyright, if it's been purchased and other factors make the whole definition complicated.
The leaking of public figures vs a regular person is also complicates things. Someone being photographed topless on a beach or similar where the photographer took it from a public place isn't the same as a Snapchat screenshot.

Mostly on this site we try to keep it to stuff models have consensually posed for. Stuff that's been posted to social media or paysites voluntarily. It's one thing to leak stuff that's available for purchase and something completely different to share images that were never meant to be public.

In this case it’s not complicated. Her abusive ex was trying to sell/distribute them specifically to hurt her.

so I've been doing a bit of searching and haven't found anything specific about his being abusive but I haven't watched all her videos etc.
