Discussion Access while using a VPN blocked?

I can log in without my VPN up but when it's active I get hit with a 403. I've tried routing through different countries but no luck.

It does happen from time to time. It's dependent on the VPN location IP address. Some IP addresses get blocked for various reasons. Just change location on your VPN until you find one that works.
