Discussion Account banned for spam?

My previous account was banned for spam the other day but I only posted one post from gofile to a pic thread. It told me to message the admin but I literally cant do any of that on the other account. Is it possible to DM an admin and talk to them through that account? I was also given zero warnings about spam or anything that I could have done wrong.
